Former Sr. Vice President and Managing Broker - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Propeties - Coweta -Newnan Office

Linda was originally licensed in 1990 - began her career working in the resale market, then worked for 5 years with John Wieland Homes as an on-site agent, left that position to work with Peachtree City Marketing Group as part of the marketing division of Pathway Development Company.  She became diverse in working with both resale and new construction and was selected to become the New Construction/New Homes Managing Broker as the company became The Home Source Realtors.  She managed, hired and trained the new construction agents for both the Southern Crescent offices as well as the Forsyth River Rock development.  She later became the Qualifying and Managing Broker for The Home Source Realtors prior to the merger with Prudential Georgia Realty in Peachtree City.  She then became the Managing Broker for the Coweta-Newnan office.  Prudential merged with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia properties and was named Sr. Vice President and Managing Broker of the Coweta-Newnan office.  She is a certified residential broker (CRB), has the GRI, CRS, ABR designations with Georgia Association of Realtors, along with a number of other certifications.
