About Kellie
I'm a native North Georgia girl and lived in Atlanta for 20 years working as a project manager. I decided to move back to my mountain roots in 2002. I know what it is like to commute in big city traffic and the desire to be away from it all. I'm living my dream helping people discover their dream from the foothills and into the Blue Ridge Mountains. I still get excited showing and selling property in the pristine mountains. I'm still in awe of how beautiful the lakes, mountains, creeks and streams are in our area and want to help you experience that feeling as well! I also help people in the surrounding communities who need to be a little closer in for their daily commute but still want to be close to the mountains and escape on the weekends.
Education is very important to me and I seek training that will give me the skills and tools to help my clients make informed decisions. I am an Associate Broker and have obtained my GRI Graduate of REALTORS® Institute, CSA Certified Staging Advocate and CNE Certified Negotiations Expert designations. These designations and my Broker's license are beyond what REALTORS® must take as Continuing Education classes each year.
I'm a member of three Multiple Listing Services GAMLS, FMLS & NEGA MLS giving me access to more listings and more exposure for my listings. I'm a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, the North East Georgia Board of REALTORS® and the Cherokee Association of REALTORS®.
Giving back gives me great joy since I was given so much growing up. I contribute a portion of my commission to the Boys and Girls Club, Atlanta Community Food Bank and the Sunshine Kids. I also am eager to give to many other charity fund raisers where I shop and do business.
