About Bradley
I grew up in North Hall County, graduated from North Hall High School and went to college at the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, where I graduated with a Major in Business Marketing and a Minor in Chemistry.
I started my first business in 2004 as a Sophomore buying and selling textbooks. God truly blessed and allowed that business to grow. DORKS Textbooks was established in 2006 and grew to have 9 locations across Georgia and 1 in Tennesee, with a commercial warehouse, distribution center, and corporate offices as well.
Through that business I obtained an incredible amount of commercial real estate experience all over the state, as well as being able to do a great deal of residential transactions and investments. I felt the Lord leading me into the Real Estate industry to help and guide others through the process of home ownership, investing, and dealing with commercial transactions.
Beyond the fundamental aspect of finding a place to call home, strategic real estate investments can pave the way for financial prosperity. The value appreciation of properties over time, coupled with the potential for generating rental income, positions real estate as a tangible and enduring asset.
