About Rose
Rose and Paul have been in the business of helping friends buy and sell real estate for over 20 years, successfully representing clients all over North Atlanta and North Georgia, including Luxury Country Club Properties, North Georgia Mountain Properties and Lake Properties at Burton, Hartwell, Lanier and Oconee.
Rose served on the Fulton County Board of Zoning Appeals for 11 years and on the City of Johns Creek Planning Commission for 10 years. She also served many years as President of the St Ives Homeowners Association. Rose knows real estate!
Last year, Paul celebrated 50 years of musical entertaining in Atlanta and around the world with "Banks & Shane" and is very familiar with the North Fulton, Gwinnett, Dekalb and Forsyth County markets. He is also an active member of the Legacy Center of Johns Creek Task Force, a group of local citizens raising awareness and funds for a world class Cultural Arts Center in Johns Creek.
