About Gayle
I am a full-time real estate professional specializing in residential properties, representing both Buyers and Sellers. In addition to my years of brokerage experience, I bring a proven track record and 25+ years of negotiating experience to the table for my clients.
My area of expertise encompasses the North Metro Atlanta area including Forsyth County/North Fulton/East Cherokee (Cumming, Suwanee and Alpharetta, Milton and John’s Creek).
Because this area has been my home for more than 20 years, I have an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, school districts, and neighborhoods. While this range may seem somewhat limiting, I pride myself on being an “area specialist” and, as you’ll see from my website, I have extensive knowledge of these communities.

I am well known for my use of innovative technologies in successfully marketing properties and matching buyers with the properties that most closely fit their needs. But, despite my use of the most up to date high tech “gadgets”, I still believe that personal service is at the forefront of my success!
