Hey There! I'm a native Floridian and graduate of UCF with over 10 previous years of corporate sales and sales management experience at GE Capital and GE Medical Systems. I've lived in Atlanta since 1991 and started my career as a Realtor in 2011 with Prudential, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. My expertise lies in helping my investor clients buy and sell properties in budding markets. With the goal of building profitable rental portfolios, I can help you understand what features and improvements will help maximize future rental income OR after renovation valuation (ARV) for a "Fix & Flip". I love to collaborate with my clients on remodeling and repair decisions to improve the resaleability and net income of each property.
