About Leyta
Associate Broker and Director specializing in multi-family sales, land for development, industrial sales and complex transactions. A Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Foreign Investor Specialist, and NATIVE of Atlanta, well-versed in current market, zoning and land use planning, supportive housing, "hot" areas of development, regional housing issues and strategies for capital preservation. Projects include an abandoned apartment complex donation to a non-profit and subsequent sale; conversion of an abandoned 50,000 sq. ft. retail development to mixed use; leasing and subleasing industrial and retail space; land sales for large development tracts, including entitlement and rezoning issues; managing community development issues and solutions while transacting a 124k sq. ft. office building; managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
