A native Atlantan, Hope’s roots run three generations deep in this vibrant and diverse city. Her academic foundation includes an Associate of Science degree with a focus in Anthropology from Georgia State University, where she emphasized Bio-Anthropology, Environmental Science, and Statistics, and minored in Spanish. Hope’s career experience spans over 15 years as being bilingual (English/Spanish), in residential property management, where she revitalized underperforming communities—boosting occupancy from ~70% to ~95% in as little as three months through strategic outreach and market awareness. Her background also includes managing 30+ residential construction projects concurrently, demonstrating strong project management capabilities, budget oversight, and contractor coordination.
Beyond real estate, Hope is a devoted mother, life partner and animal lover, sharing her life with a noir cat, a corgi, and a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
